SURFACE PREPARATIONS  Avoid expensive repairs by doing it right the first time. Treating your walls to prevent condensation is important even if you are not planning to place wallpapers on your wall.  Untreated wall may cause black molds, water and moisture build up on your walls. How to Measure & Install Window Blinds

INSIDE MEASUREMENT   The mounting of the window blinds will be within the window frame. It will give you a clean look.  You may consider if the window is even on all sides. To check this, you may get the actual width in cm on the top, middle and bottom part of the window. If it is not, you may opt to get the outside measurement of your window. OUTSIDE MEASUREMENT  The window blinds is installed outside the window casing, directly on the wall or window molding providing better privacy.  Get the actual measurement of your window HxW in cm then add 7-10 cm on each sides for full coverage of your window.   MEASURING THE SQFT OF AN AREA  Sample Measurements  HxW in cm 129.5x129.5 = 1.295 x 1.295 x 10.764 = 18.05 sqft  HxW in Inches   51 x 51 = 2601 / 144 = 18.06 sqft  NOTE : Minimum sqft per panel is 15 sqft.
