INSIDE MEASUREMENT   The mounting of the window blinds will be within the window frame. It will give you a clean look.  You may consider if the window is even on all sides. To check this, you may get the actual width in cm on the top, middle and bottom part of the window. If it is not, you may opt to get the outside measurement of your window.
